Boiling water taps
Boiling water by filling up the kettle results in wasted energy. Most kettle-users don’t use up all the water and then the water gets boiled several times before it’s all used up. Boiling water taps are much more energy efficient as you only boil the exact amount of water you need. You also avoid the common issue of leaving the tap running for a while in order for it to heat up, meaning no water is wasted. Visit Franke website for more information on tgheir new Boiling water tap Minerva or pop into our Kitchen showroom In redditch to see on display
an induction cooktop is an electromagnet you can cook with. Inside the glass of the hob, there’s an electronically controlled coil of metal. When you turn on the power, you make a current flow through the coil and it produces a magnetic field all around it and (most importantly) directly above it. You can put your hand on top of it and you won’t feel a thing. (Warning: Don’t ever put your hand on a cooktop that has recently been used for cooking because it may have become dangerously hot from the cooking pan that’s been standing on top of it.).
Eco Line is a new quartz worktop created from recycled materials
Eco Line is an original product manufactured from 50% of recycled materials such as mirror, glass, porcelain, earthenware and vitrified ash.
Even 94% of the water used in its manufacturing process is re-used.
Eco Line is a new product that embraces sustainability, design and quality and that has produced a new category of recycled surfaces. These are an ecological alternative to similar surfaces available for construction and design applications.
All the manufacturing processes comply with high environmental standards; which makes Eco Line a highly sustainable and unique product.
